Parent-Teacher Association (PTA)
Aspin Park Academy’s Parent Teacher Association is called Friends of Aspin PTA.
What Is Our Objective?
A PTA is a school association run by some of the parents and teachers to discuss matters that affect the children and to organise events to raise money.
All parents and teachers are automatically members. The activities that are undertaken help the children’s learning through developing the home-school relationship.
How Do We Do This?
We organise events to have fun, and to raise funds for the school to use to enrich the children’s education.
How Can I Get Involved?
The PTA are always looking for extra help in all areas and opinions on how the funds should be raised and how they should be spent. Meetings are held the first Thursday of the month at 7pm in the staff room at school and on Zoom.
